Motium's AI interviewers talk with every candidate face to face, ask the questions your role needs, and score everyone on the same scale. Your team gets the evidence and the recording. A person on your team makes every decision.

Motium does the asking, recording and checking. A person on your team makes the call at every step.
Motium drafts the role: qualifications, schedule and interview questions. You accept, amend or reject each one, then approve.
Wren or Steven interviews each candidate face to face, on their schedule. Candidates can ask about the role, pause, and request accommodations.
Six pillars, each finding linked to its moment in the recording, with the full transcript.
Each reviewer rates before seeing Motium's scores. Every advance or decline is made by a person, with a reason.
On the roadmap: an optional pre-screen of up to ten questions before the interview, chosen role by role.
Choose who interviews for each role. Wren and Steven follow the same rules, ask only job-related questions, and score on the same scale.

Warm and steady. Puts candidates at ease, then asks for the specifics behind every answer.

Direct and attentive. Keeps the conversation moving and follows up where the evidence is thin.
The same for every candidate. Each role sets which pillars matter most: an accountant is weighed on skills and knowledge first, a store manager on judgment and collaboration.
Shine a spotlight on the people who make your company. Your AI host, Nicole or Dalton, sits down with someone from your team on camera to recognize them, in a relaxed conversation in their own words.

When it suits them, from the link in their invitation. The link is good for seven days, and there is nothing to schedule with your team.
A laptop or phone with a camera and microphone, and a quiet place to talk.
Yes. The invitation explains how to ask the hiring team, and candidates can turn the camera off or pause at any point.
It is a live video interview of about thirty minutes. The candidate talks with an interviewer on screen who responds in real time, asks follow-up questions and goes deeper where there is something worth exploring.
Yes, and the candidate is told at the start of the call. The recording shows the interviewer and the candidate side by side, with a full transcript.
As the conversation happens, the evidence for each of the six pillars is captured in the candidate's own words. When the call ends, the scores are built from that evidence, each with its reason and the moment in the recording it came from.
Every question, answer and piece of evidence is signed into a tamper-evident record as it happens, so any change made afterwards would show. An employer can prove what was asked, what was said and what was evaluated. Personal details can still be erased when a candidate asks to be deleted, without breaking the record.
Only the employer's hiring team, in their own workspace. Recordings and transcripts are kept in private storage.
No. Motium recommends; it never decides. A person on the hiring team makes every call, with a reason.

You can take this interview at your earliest convenience. Your link expires on (your local time).
By continuing, you agree to the points above.
Stripe, our identity partner, will ask you to photograph your photo ID and take a selfie. Stripe compares the selfie with the photo on your ID to confirm they're the same person.
Motium never receives the photos. We receive only the result: verified or not, the name on the ID, and the country that issued it. Stripe keeps and deletes the images under its own privacy policy, and uses them only for this check.
While you talk, software looks at one still from your camera every two seconds for a phone, another screen, another person, or an empty seat. It doesn't look at your face, expressions or appearance, and it doesn't identify you. Each still is discarded right away. Anything it notices is shown to a person on the recruitment team, who decides what it means.
Your screen is recorded with the interview, so the recruitment team sees exactly what you saw. When your browser asks, choose Entire screen.
Using two screens? That's fine; it's noted for the recruitment team. If sharing stops during the interview, you'll be asked to share again.
Your AI interviewer.
Say hello once you are in, and Wren will take it from there. Your microphone turns on when you join. This interview is recorded live for review by the recruitment team.
There's room for your questions, too.
This is a conversation, not a performance.
