Motium is an AI recruitment platform for employers, made by SLTR Digital LLC in Los Angeles, California. Founded in 2026 by Kevin Minn, it gives every candidate a real conversation with an AI interviewer and gives hiring teams the evidence to decide.

We built Motium to uncover talent and discover potential. Every candidate gets a real conversation, and your team gets the evidence to find the people who share your company's values and will thrive in the way you work. Motium recommends; your team makes every call.
What we hold to

A person makes the call at every step. Motium asks, records, checks and recommends. It never turns a candidate away or moves one forward on its own.

Candidates are treated as people. They are told up front that the interviewer is an AI and that a person decides, and they can pause, turn the camera off and ask about the role.

Only the work counts. No questions about protected subjects, and nothing like accent, appearance or nerves ever touches a score.
