The Studio 11 is a spotlight show inside your Motium workspace. Your AI host, Nicole or Dalton, sits down with someone from your team on camera to recognize them, in a relaxed conversation in their own words. It is included on Growth, four episodes a month.

Five kinds of spotlight
How an episode comes together
You pick your host and the kind of spotlight, then name who it is on, how they should be introduced, and what they are being recognized for. Your host drafts the conversation, with about how long each part runs and the opening and closing lines, or you drop in your own questions. Everything is editable before the show starts. A show runs about twenty-five minutes, never more than forty-five, and ends with a wrap-up. The recording shows your host and your guest side by side, ready to download.
Not a hiring interview
Nothing in an episode is scored, no report is written, and no candidate is involved. Episodes never count toward your plan's interviews.
Who gets it
The Studio 11 is part of Growth and Enterprise. Growth includes four episodes a month; an episode counts once its show has run, and unused episodes do not roll over. On Starter, you can watch a sample episode and upgrade from your workspace.
