What counts toward a plan

Only completed interviews count. Practice interviews, which anyone on your team can take to try a role as a candidate would, never count. Studio 11 episodes never count toward interviews.

Add-ons. Ten interviews for $99, bought once, up to two in a billing period. They are used only after the plan's own interviews for the period are gone, the oldest first, and an unused add-on interview lasts ninety days.

When a period's interviews are used. New invitations pause until you add interviews, upgrade, or the next period starts. A candidate who was already invited can always finish their interview.

Studio 11 episodes. Growth includes four a month. An episode counts once its show has run, and unused episodes do not roll over.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe, and your billing period runs from the day you subscribed. Moving from Starter to Growth takes effect at once, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. You manage your card, invoices and cancelling in Stripe's billing portal from your workspace; Motium never sees your card.
